They get their pants shat and do a bit of damage to their own vehicle without injuring themselves or others or doing detrimental damage to anything. The fright this guy/gal got plus the grand or two in damage will likely sure they put the damn phone down in future.

looks more like they fell asleep to me, I’d imagine if they were texting they would have panic swerved or hit the brakes earlier.

This happened right in front of me before. Highway turned slightly and truck didn’t. I was going to call number on the truck, but he hauled ass and the metro couldn’t catch up after slowing down to about 35mph.

The truck went higher in the air, straight up like 18-24”
